Strippin Down to Story by Sangria Red AKA Jovelyn Richards

In this performance and workshop series by Sangria Red, we are transported back to the Harlem of the 1930s as Dr. Dianne Edwards, an African-American doctor, is targeted and discriminated against by her own community for the darkness of her skin. As a result, she is stripped of her medical degree and career. The workshop culminates in a theatrical performance open to the public, "Strippin Down to Story."" Sex workers are invited to sign up for the workshop series where we will develop this ensemble event. Contact:
