Note: Single movie submission is $10.00 for Regular Deadline entry (before March 1st, 2017), $15.00 for late entry (after March 1, 2017, before March 21st) If you are submitting two, three or four movies (see reduced rates), use the drop down menu to submit the total amount. Each movie should have it's own entry form, but payment for all submitted movies can be made on one form. List movie titles on this form.
